…whose tail is wagging and just jazzed to be on the show. All of that enthusiasm vanishes when he’s almost in a motor vehicle accident. Near misses. Not cool.

This is why one should always SLOW DOWN over the crest of a hill, and keep to the right AS FAR AS POSSIBLE.
That was a near-miss. Slow down on gravel roads.
