Humanity and goofy pets.

What makes you laugh?

Putting up this tent was as easy as falling off a ladder.

…and I did. The log pile under the blue tarp broke my fall. And my right heel took about half the remaining downward force of my walrus physique. Oh good = I didn’t smack my head on a log end. And the shifting logs dissipated the kinetic energy. Oh shit = my heel experienced some trauma. Oh good = able to put weight on my foot. And right now I get relief from elevating my foot & apply ice. Oh hell = I have to be reminded… set up a step ladder properly & do NOT grasp a sail-like with one hand. Man can’t withstand wind power.

Dogs teach me about simple pleasures.
My spouse’s a.m. walks capture images like this!
My construction site offers me phenomena like this image.
We are resuming work on our home. You are impressing me, Design Electric.
Evolve Builders, Design Electric, TS, and PN are on site.

And TS continues to experiment with different baking techniques. Here, she used a banneton to modify its shape & apparently prevent the gluten from relaxing and the dough from flattening. Link. But for god’s sake powder the form with enough flour (or it will stick).
