How would you improve your community?
Upgrade our existing North Bruce Peninsula (Lion’s Head & Tobermory) food banks. Give extra funding for Tobermory’s year-round community centre. The Meeting Place is on a shoestring budget.
And I’d make damn sure The Bruce Mens Shed gets its own workshop. Men’s mental health is a priority for me.
Our Pavilion- Patio Update.
Next steps (as funding allows): (a) protective stain; (b) enclose outer roof beams… and stain; (c) outdoor-grade AAA plywood lined up that horizontal support beam… and stain; (d) summer, removable, wood-framed bug screens; (e) gasket between pavilion post and outer house parging; (f) a storm door; and, (g) removable Plexiglass[?] frames… so that it can be an unheated cat enclosure.
