What’s your all-time favorite album?

My buddy quipped about a similar question (in his most excellent South African wry tone & wit): what’s the one screwdriver you can’t live without?

For classical music: the first time I listened to my own copy of Yo-Yo Ma’s J.S Bach 6 unaccompanied cello suites. BWV 1007. CBS Records, 1983.

For audiophile spooky-good music: Amber Rubarth, Sessions From The 17th Ward. Chesky Records. I kept looking behind myself for the strings behind me.

For prog-rock, symphonic tunes: Pink Floyd, Meddle (1971). Enjoy with herbs. 1986, Capitol Records.

Friday’s Work Session

2 dead trees removed (we ensure no vertebrate residents nested at their tops).
