How have your political views changed over time?
After the pandemic, people became broken, and they’re unable to tolerate each other. I had a person hurl insults me at a restaurant. I was being challenged by some young pup in front of his two girlfriends, someone trying to have a pissing match and assert dominance in the pack. The best I could do was simply to look at them give the boy-man the hairy eyeball and walk away. I was uninterested in escalating it.
My politics? When I’m supporting Black Dog Biscuits, I’m apolitical.
