Evolve Builders has instructed the painters to use a silica-based, paint to finish and seal the exterior strawbale walls. Click on thumbnail to expand the image.

What bale wall paint are we using: Permatint Primasil and QuartzGuard silicate paint for plaster bale walls, 5-15% Ultramarine Blue. Upon first inspection, it appears almost snow white. Then the blue hue peeks through.
